House Plans

Ridgeview Valley is partnering with builders to provide a variety of predesigned floor plans, elevations and price points. Each can be tailored to the chosen home site. A complete, package is offered for each of the models by the builders, and each is ready for construction. They have been pre-approved by the Ridgeview Valley Architectural Review Committee.

We currently have agreements with two builders and are in the process of bringing on board a third one. Each of these builders has three or more house designs to choose from.

This service is offered as a convenience to the purchaser of a homesite and is, in no way, an obligation to purchase their services. A buyer can select any architect and/or builder of their choosing, as long as they adhere to the architectural guidelines. These can be downloaded from our website.
