Within the Community of Ridgeview Valley

Our plans call for many onsite facilities allowing a variety of activities for young and old alike.

You will be able to enjoy them right in your own backyard! Whether you are looking for a relaxing day on the trails or winning the next volleyball tournament, it’s all planned for you at Ridgeview Valley.

The amenities will will implemented as the community grows.

For example, we already have the amphitheater; we have a small playground and fire-pit near the Preview Center; there is the Adventure Trail with two bridges near the Preview Center, available for a walk along the edge of the woods and wetlands; and then there is the Red Barn, open for functions and used quite regularly.

In the overall plans are:

• A Community Center With:
• An Exercise Room: Keep up with your workouts without ever having to leave the community.
• A Recreation Room: Don’t worry about your home! Take your group to the recreation/game room for parties or just hanging out with friends on a rainy day.
• A Function Room: Need a place to gather 80 of your closest friends? The Function Room is going to be perfect for large get together, celebrations or parties.
• A Reading Room; where you will be able to find all kinds of reading material and use the quiet of the space to relax with your favorite book while enjoying the scenery of the valley.
• A Lounge; where you will be able to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of a crackling fire in the Community Center's lounge.
• Nature Trails: Whether your fancy is walking or cross country skiing, hop on a trail in your backyard and enjoy the beauty of the seasons.
• Courts
• Tennis Courts: Singles or Doubles, this could be your very own Wimbledon.
• Basketball Courts: Hours of fun playing competitive games and practicing your shooting skills.
• Volleyball Court: Bump, set, or spike your way onto a sand court. A great way to meet new people!
• Amphitheater: Enjoy a musical performance or organize your own entertainment with our own outdoor theater.
• Multi-Purpose Recreational Field: Assemble your team for the ultimate competition of intramural games of soccer, baseball, football, or disk golf.
• Playgrounds: Built with children in mind, these modern playgrounds offer a safe environment for children to exercise their minds and bodies while playing with old and new friends.
